These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and the services we provide, including the design, manufacture and installation of bespoke furniture. By accessing our website or entering into a contract with us, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Consultations & Quotations

2.1 All consultations, design meetings and site visits are offered subject to availability.
2.2 Quotations are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated.
2.3 A quotation is not a binding contract until accepted in writing and a deposit has been received.
2.4 Drawings, designs and specifications remain the property of Dwayne Edwards until full payment is made.

 

3. Orders & Deposits

3.1 A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your order and secure your production slot.
3.2 By paying a deposit, you confirm that all details in the approved design and specification are correct.
3.3 Any changes requested after order confirmation may incur additional costs and may affect lead times.

 

4. Lead Times

4.1 All lead times are estimated and may vary depending on material availability, design amendments or factors beyond our control.
4.2 We will keep you informed of any significant changes to your project schedule.

 

5. Manufacture & Materials

5.1 All furniture is made to order based on the final approved drawings and specifications.
5.2 Wood is a natural product and may contain variations in colour, grain, texture or movement. These are not considered defects.
5.3 Paint, finishes, handles and appliances are supplied according to agreed specifications. Any variations requested after approval may incur additional charges.

 

6. Installation

6.1 Installation dates will be arranged with you in advance.
6.2 You are responsible for ensuring the space is ready, accessible and safe for installation (including plumbing, electrics, plastering or building work unless otherwise agreed).
6.3 We are not liable for delays caused by site conditions, third-party contractors or incomplete preparatory works.

 

7. Payment Terms

7.1 Deposits, interim payments and final balances must be paid according to the payment schedule provided.
7.2 Equipment, appliances or bespoke items may require full payment at the time of ordering.
7.3 Goods remain the property of Dwayne Edwards until all payments have been made in full.
7.4 Late payments may delay installation.

 

8. Cancellations & Amendments

8.1 Orders for bespoke furniture cannot be cancelled once manufacturing has begun.
8.2 Any changes requested after production has started may not be possible or may incur additional charges.
8.3 Deposits are non-refundable.

 

9. Warranty

9.1 We provide a workmanship warranty covering manufacturing or installation defects for a period stated in your project paperwork.
9.2 This warranty does not cover:

• Wear and tear

• Accidental damage

• Improper use or maintenance

• Issues caused by humidity, water ingress or environmental conditions
  9.3 Appliances, sinks, taps and other third-party items are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.

 

10. Website Use

10.1 The content on this website is for general information and may change without notice.
10.2 All images, text and designs are the property of Dwayne Edwards and may not be used without permission.
10.3 We do not guarantee that the website will be available at all times or free from errors.

 

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1 We are not liable for:

• Losses caused by delays outside our control

• Indirect, incidental or consequential damages

• Costs associated with other contractors or trades

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be handled exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.
