The Design Process
From initial consultation to final installation, we guide you through every step of creating your bespoke furniture with meticulous attention to detail and unwavering commitment to excellence.
1
Showroom Visit
We invite you to visit our St Albans showroom to get a feel for who we are and how we work, view the range of bespoke furniture we can make and see first-hand the quality of our workmanship.

2
Home Visit
One of our experienced designers will visit you in your home to discuss your ideas and vision, understand your lifestyle and requirements and view the space. This in-depth meeting helps to ensure that every element of design aligns with your preferences and lifestyle. Don't worry if you are still building or converting your space, we can work from architect plans and mood boards.
3
Design Presentation
Your appointed designer will invite you to our showroom to present your bespoke design and quote. They will show you a range of samples that will help bring their design to life and ensure you understand their vision.

Pre-production
Once you’ve decided to go ahead, we will fine tune the initial design and organise a pre-production meeting to discuss all of the elements in detail. We will guide you through all of the design options and show you samples of work surfaces, high end appliances, handles, taps and discuss the different colour and finish options to help you confidently make final decisions.
We will also arrange a site survey to take detailed measurements of the space, check plumbing and electrical requirements and create technical CAD drawings for you to sign off.
We work closely with a number of trusted trades so we can project manage the whole project but we are also more than happy to work with trades which you have personally appointed.
5
Manufacture
Manufacture of your bespoke furniture will commence once all details are finalised. All of our furniture is made to order using the finest quality materials and finished to our exacting high standards so, depending on the size of the project, manufacture takes between 5-8 weeks.

6
Installation
Our expert fitters will deliver your furniture and begin installation. This takes anywhere from 3-5 weeks to complete. We will be in communication with you throughout the whole process and are always on hand to answer any questions you may have.
7
Hand painting
Once your furniture is installed, a final quality check is conducted. Any hand-painted furniture receives its final top coat in situ, resulting in a truly bespoke hand-finished piece. All of our fitters and painters have meticulous attention to detail and take enormous pride in their work so you can be assured of a first-class finish.
